Technical assistant

Special focus on point of care diagnostics, non-invasive biomarker detection, rapid prototyping and CRISPR system’s. Develops CAD/CAM models, rapid electrical components prototyping, experimental set-ups, AI and machine learning algorithms, data analysis. Works on the development of smart hospital system and new IoT based diagnostic devices. He often works in private sector connecting basic science to applied engineering. After studying chemistry and bionics at the University of Maribor and Ptuj, he continued his education at Josef Stefan postgraduate school, nanomaterials.

A motivated, proactive, team player interested in biomedical engineering and/or related topics such as materials science, cell and molecular biology, regenerative medicine, etc. Someone who is eager to learn and wants to join an enthusiastic, friendly and interdisciplinary team, either as a Master, PhD or post-doc candidate.
