After graduating from medical school, Jernej started as a Biomedical Technology PhD student and Young Researcher at the Faculty of Medicine, with a focus on developing in vitro microvasculature model. He is also a research fellow with the New Harvest research institute that is advancing the field of cellular agriculture, focusing on cultured meat. The aim of the fellowship is to develop a multimodal platform for gradient-based research and analysis of complex 3D structures in collaboration with IRNAS Ltd.
