X-ray tomography (micro/nano CT) for non-destructive analysis of the internal structure of samples.
Specifications: 30-160 kV, 1- 25 W. Magnification: zoom and optical lenses (0.4x, 4x, 20x, 40x).

Maximum sample size 10x10x10 cm3, for higher resolutions a smaller sample size is required. Maximum resolution 500 nm, voxel size 40 nm. Realistic resolution for samples larger than 3x3x3 mm3 is approx. 3 µm.

Decsription and specifications

The HPLC system allows the separation, identification and quantification of components in a mixture based on interactions between the mobile and stationary phases. The high resolution and sensitivity provide accurate and reproducible results, while the improved detection efficiency allows reliable analysis even at very low concentrations of analytes. The system is equipped with robust software that allows intuitive operation and efficient data analysis. The HPLC is coupled to a PDA detector that allows monitoring of analytes in the spectral range 200-800 nm. For molecules that do not absorb light in the UV-VIS range (e.g. monosaccharides), alternative detection methods such as a refractive index detector (RI detector) are used.
